- SDS packages are non-returnable.
- Packages can only be returned in case they are tampered with or are received in a damaged condition. In this condition, you need to share a picture of the package and the bill with us. From here on, there 2 options for the customer to choose from:
- You can ask for a new package which will be delivered free of cost.
- You can ask for a refund which will be initiated after checking out the details required.
Please take note that the package will not be returned in any other case.
Return & Exchange Information
- Do not receive tampered packages.
- If the customer has received a tampered package, immediately take a picture of the package and return the package to the delivery boy. Send this picture to us so that the team can verify the product. Do not keep the tampered product.
- If the verification is correct, you can choose among 2 options – refund or new package.
- This policy will not apply days after the order has been received by the customer.
